That flashback was pretty draining, finding out the source of the behavior is her father and the now head of the FBI. The intimacy of touching Sean and learning how he felt and still feels was hard as well. Seems like Sean is starting to believe him about his abilities. Will be interesting to have the sketch artist draw Emily, and what Alexis’s reaction to that will be. And if the father will be identified?

They are moving closer in their relationship. Evelyn trusts Austin. It’s going to be interesting when he awakens.

August was epic in this chapter, got approval from his father for exactly what he wanted. Turned his brother’s snooping into a perfect advantage for him and his soon to be partner. The news of a new wife that the father married in secret, seems to play into his distraction talking of whore houses…. I sincerely hope she is a shrew and a gold digger, taking everything and leaving Rob without anything. -
It seems like Levi really wants to mov now. He has last met all of their close friends, and is getting used to everyone being gay. And not sure if he picked up on it but they are all in committed relationships. That beach sound amazing every time it’s described.

Bert seems like a good guy, hopefully his recognition of Taggert doesn’t affect his working on the ranch. Ash and Taggert are making some more progress. Ash is recognized for some leadership too. Taggert’s history had to show up at some point.

Devon is devastated by what has happened and doesn’t want to loose the other man he loves. Genevieve got called out for allowing someone in who paid way too much for an hour, and sent Jeb to the assailant. Hopefully this makes her more careful in the future. Devon returns to prayer to save Alvarez, however supplicating it is.

This was a hard chapter for me. Devon trying so hard to save Jeb, but it was not enough. Ephraim should be tried for murder… he is one sick young man. Maybe a herd of sheep and a cliff?

Great ending to this story. Loved the epilogue flashing a little forward. They have built a nice life.

This was an interesting reunion. Logan meeting up with past people he had interacted with, and Nico not getting jealous. Sorry that Yan’s boyfriend cheated on her. -
What a twist. Another son by surrogacy, that is fully his that was a surprise. Grant will have a brother in addition to his uncles living with them.

Changing the heavy wealth to gemstones was brilliant. Much easier to transport and hide. Dieter spiraled out of control was saved by Erik. Hopefully Seb gets back soon and they can move to the Vanguard’s place. Did Eric meet the boy by the dock?
