All grown up, and on their own, their friendship is still unique, but Max can't seem to step away from the shadows he’s immersed himself in because of his feelings for his best friend.

I always wanted to go to the ball, it has to beat prom night. This was my second story on GA, if I recall correctly, but it was the first story I finished. It may be the last story I finish. I would like to feel I have learned a few things in the last year. So, I may edit some as I repost it. Writing has changed me or I have changed my writing.

Aaron doesn't get involved in drama...At least he didn't until Ben and his friends suddenly got involved in his life. Now Aaron has to adapt to completely new situations and make changes and compromises for the sake of his relationship. But where will he draw the line? Where should he draw the line?
