Terry Young has just been appointed as chief projectionist in a run-down old cinema. But from day one he has problems. Resentment from the man who thinks he should have got the job. An undeniable attraction toward his general manager, Dan. And the re-awakening of psychic abilities indicating something is hidden under the building.

This story is set in 2005, modern enough for there to be mobile phones and Internet access, but still within the timeframe when cinemas like the Regal, with a crew of projectionists running film still existed.

I always wanted to go to the ball, it has to beat prom night. This was my second story on GA, if I recall correctly, but it was the first story I finished. It may be the last story I finish. I would like to feel I have learned a few things in the last year. So, I may edit some as I repost it. Writing has changed me or I have changed my writing.

As if it wasn't bad enough that Avion was a Yorkshire Terrier shifter with albinism, he also had to deal with his impending birthday and a crazy Alpha.

Three years after they part ways, Erik’s and Ryan’s paths cross again in Toronto at the annual Toronto International Film Festival. Ryan is now an editor at an academic magazine. Erik is a struggling documentary film maker. Catching up over coffee, they realize that the spark that made them explosive on screen still remains. But now that the cameras are off, they can finally explore where that spark will lead them. The only problem: Ryan lives in Toronto, and Erik’s still in New York. Long distance relationships can only last so long.

I have been thinking back on my life since I lost Charlie, my first true love. The last 10 years have been good to me, now that Michael Earl Hendricks [Mike] my life partner has been part of my life. The Lazy L is raising Prime Black Angus cattle, and some of the finest blue ribbon quarter horses in Wyoming. There have been many twists and turns in our lives, we have a couple of new additions and some new ideas for things to come.

Nine guys at a summer camp. Eight waiters: Rob, Nate, Brian, Greg, Steve, Dan, Paul, Jim. And a counselor: Andy.

The waiters have a lot of fun in their generous spare time -- the usual camp activities, plus shooting some hoops, playing some cards, and generally messing around. And at least one of them's a joker.

The counselor has other plans, aiming for a different kind of fun. But fun.

Diego's professional wrestling career isn't going so well. He's unpopular, homophobic and lacks charisma, both on and off screen. Gay icon Lance delivers a disastrous debut match and becomes the scorn of the industry. Management decides to give them both another chance and pairs them together - Diego is a seasoned wrestler and Lance is a talented entertainer. The Boot three years on. There have been some changes and improvements to The Boot, partly thanks to fund raising and charitable donations, and in part thanks to Christian Edwards benefactor to The Boot. Some 'guests' have moved on, some remaining homeless, but others having been helped are now in independent accommodation either working or looking for work. This is the continued story of The Boot, it's staff and 'guests.'

It is not necessary to read The Boot beforehand but it may help to understand some of what is happening now and in its future.
