Poor Man's Son is the eleventh story in the CAP Saga. The story takes place in 2000, with Gathan Hayes and Will Schluter as our narrators. Many of the characters in this story were introduced in “Chronicles of an Academic Predator,” “1968,” “The Land Whore,” “Be Rad,” “Man in Motion,” “A Summer Love,” “If It Fits,” “Bloodlines,” “The Box,” and "Millennium."

Luke McBride has it all. He's a smart, popular jock, and his school is super cool about him being openly gay. But his relationship with hiding-in-the-closet Jeremy isn't going anywhere other than the bedroom, and when a new boy joins the school and the cheer leading squad, Luke starts to realise that maybe he might need more than just good sex in order to be happy.

Millennium is the tenth story in the CAP Saga. Brad is the narrator, and takes us from 1999 into 2000. Many of the characters in this story were introduced in “Chronicles of an Academic Predator,” “1968,” “The Land Whore,” “Be Rad,” “Man in Motion,” “A Summer Love,” “If It Fits,” “Bloodlines,” and “The Box.” You don't have to read them before this story, but it will give you a deeper insight into those characters and their pasts.
