The events are told through the perspective of renowned basketball player, filmmaker, and photographer Flori Westford Kuttner, incorporating personal accounts, interviews, and recorded data relating to the appalling affairs.

Life has been very hard for me these past few months, with the Covid Virus quickly spreading around the world, which had resulted in the shutting down of a lot of businesses due to quarantine restrictions, and which resulted in me loosing me job and soon after my rental home of the past four years. Although I was single, gay and have no close family, with my parents killed in a train crash while on holidays when I was seventeen, and my two older siblings, Melissa and Trenton, not wanting to know me because of my sexuality, but I had managed to complete my high school education with high grades.

The priest, who struggles with his own sexuality, tries to offer counsel that shows compassion and empathy, while remaining within the strictures of his Church’s position on homosexual behavior. It does not end well. The young man leaves filled with bitterness, and Peter faces the reality that he must leave the Church if he is to be true to himself. He begins his search to find himself and his authentic life.
