Having dealt with deep depression I found that by writing it helped get a lot of my feelings out and made it easier to get through the days I hope that maybe someone will understand and maybe it just MIGHT be something that someone else can relate to

a collection of poetry i have written myself. I'm not really sure if it branches any themes so knock yourself out, be warned I'm amateur at best and poetry is not my strength. However I do love it.

The narrator struggles with the impending death of a dear friend and colleague.

"Must be nice being back, huh?" I looked over my shoulder, and the radio sat there on the ground, a little red light glaring at me. "Ten years, and the prodigal son returns to the scene of the crime."
