Reinard Artego the Third is the last of his clan, a Faro running from his world after the death of his Segal. He takes refuge on Egara, working at a porneo, where no one would ever expect to find a Faro.

Galen just moved to the Hephaestus Isles, accepting a job offer from his friend. The only issue is the offer comes with a house already taken by a Faro.

When the Egaro and the Faro meet, cultures collide. Reinard fears his new roommate's sexual appetites, while Galen is amazed at Reinard's standoffish attitude toward him. For a week's time, the two will have to deal with each other. Or at least try not to kill each other.

Ben Mears is referred to as his school's nerd magnet: a nickname he picked up from due to his ability to attract the "unwanted" elements of the student body. Ben has never minded because he has felt unwanted himself. For the most part, he keeps to himself and with his small collection of friends, avoiding confrontation with the school jocks and bullies. That all changes the day he meets Sam: a boy who is suffering some of the worst bullying Ben has ever seen in his high school career.

This story tells a tell of two boys, that fall in love but with that love comes heartache and misery. I wonder what they will do.

Homeless Adam wanders the dilapidated buildings for food and warmth in an abandoned street called Heidgate. Clearly ill, regularly sexually assaulted and in need of medical attention he waits each week for a charity bus to turn up so he can eat and get warm. One of the helpers, clearly concerned about his welfare takes an interest and pity in him. However the person is not who they appear to be. In fact, Adam is soon to find out, nothing is as it appears to be. Little will be known at first, but for both the helper and Adam? Time is running out!

These are short little one-shots/ficlets set in the Tears of the Neko Universe.I've been perusing the writing prompts and using them as a way to get me back into the 'neko mindset' to write the sequel. They are set after Tears of the Neko (unless otherwise indicated)--so it would help to have read that story first of course to be familiar with the characters. Most are sort of funny and silly, as I'm playing around with the characters.
