Wayne Benson is an engineer in the small town of Rosewood, Kentucky in the year 1993. Odd things begin to happen that eventually propel him and others into a fight for their lives. This story is told purely from his perspective through his journal entries.

River is a carer. He works in a care home that provides support for people who need a little help to get back into society after mental or physical illness. When Silver comes to them he causes quite a stir. He is a complete Enigma and, as River begins to unravel the mystery that surrounds him he gets a few nasty shocks than plunge both of them into danger.

River and Silver are back, fighting prejudice and the system to be together. With the help of Sam and his family they do the best they can but will it be good enough?

When I heard about women and men staying in an abusive relationship, I wondered what was wrong with them. How could they stay with someone who’d hurt them? Why didn’t they walk away from their abuser? It’s an easy thing to do to walk away in order to keep yourself from getting beat up or worse… killed. If I knew I was going to meet Jeffrey Harris, during our freshman year of college, I would’ve kept those thoughts to myself because soon, I would become one of those people.

Jiovanni Ward's world is falling apart. First, his father is murdered. Then, his mother develops a brain tumor that is slowly killing her, and while she lays dying, his blood begins to burn. Sworn by his father to seek out the guild no sooner than his sixteenth birthday and pressured by his mother to not seek it out at all, Jiovanni must deal with the growing pressures within himself and within his family...see the prologue for more detail.

I'm Aphrodite's son, and I have to find her son (Ero)s bow, it all seem fake to me, but its real. I have to quest out with these kids. Poseidon's son is definitely a keeper. A rainbow sunshine, and everything nice girl who saved me twice. A random satyr who kidnapped me. What else do I need? Oh maybe a evil vicious thing with eight heads and shoots acid, or a hundred feet giant serpent... Oh and a better birthday gift next time.
