    Today's the Day!

    By Valkyrie

Anthology Stories are due today! Get those final touches done on your story and send it to me by midnight, EST tonight so I can get it assigned to a Proof Team member! There are lots of burning questions... Did we break the 20 story barrier? Who participated? How many stories did they write? When will the stories go live? Which theme has more stories? Of course, I'm not going to answer any of them now   You'll have to wait and anticipate!

Weekly Wrap Up

WeeKeLy WrApUp - (JaN. 4 - jAn. 10)

Howdy Ho Good Neighbours! I guess that is why they'd call it the blues.... Interesting, the holidays are over, the bills are coming in, back to work everyday of the week, the days are getting longer but still submerged in darkness for most of the day (in my longitude).  They say the 3rd Monday of January is blue Monday, the saddest day of the year, but I think I've arrived a wee bit earlier .  I just feel blah!  So I need you all to give me something to do to cheer me up

2026 Poetry Anthology Announcement

The GA Poetry Anthology is returning for 2026 with the theme "Choices"!  We face all different kinds of choices in life, so this would be a great opportunity to explore some of them.  I look forward to reading what our site poets come up with!   Submitted poems will be featured throughout the month of April to celebrate National Poetry Month. I will work on getting the threads set up in the anthology forum and the event posted. Give me a little time to get that done.    2026 Poetry Ant

Oh wow! 2026 you say   First off, to Myr and the rest of the GA community: With all the days off last week, if you got them, I didn't know what day it was . I forgot it was Saturday, but I'm going to blame a extra long turkey hangover in not doing the Weekly Wrap Up. Then Myr posted the stories for the week and a gentle reminder/hint, that if anyone (me) wanted to add more, to stay tuned. I tried  I really, really tired . After my 3rd attempt to add in the all the blogs and the WOTDs, and l
