I was thinking Springsteen! before I read this. I don’t know if he’ll win the competition, but he will be getting a record deal when this is done. Of this, I have no doubt.

I am NOT going back to re-write the wedding chapter. Who cares if Sir Elton John doesn't perform at CJ and Owen's nuptials. They get Chipper to sing for them.

Oh, and don't expect all the fancy attire either. although there will be hats involved.

Ritchie turns 16 a couple of weeks after the wedding. Still too damn young for me but at least that's the age of consent.

BTW- Forgot to mention this before, you're not going to believe who one of those OLD people at the wedding will be. I think you'll enjoy that part. You don't even have to wait for the wedding chapter to find out. In the next chapter there's verbal confirmation of attendance.

 

And for Harley fans, he stars in the next chapter. It's CJ, Ozzie, Harley, and thousands of extras.

I'm currently in Milwaukee. Couldn't convince mum to go on the Harley Davidson tour. She'd toured the HD factory in York, PA and didn't feel the need for another tour

Question for you.  What is a "polling station"?  Is that the same as a voting booth?  I'm rereading "Georgetown Roar" and I've never heard that expression before (at least, not up here in Minnesota).  Maybe a regional thing?

So, Wonder Woman 2 is set to film in Georgetown over the next couple of months. Y'all are gonna be surprised at one of the locations being used!

 

Too bad the release date is set for November 2019. I'm going to have to ensure there are no spoilers in Georgetown: Good Night, My Angel.

A final look at the 2018 Daytona Bike Week. The Harley-Davidson tent on the grounds of the Daytona International Speedway had more than motorcycles. Opposite the barbershop, there was a tattoo station. Temporary ones, but an integral part of the biker experience.

Since the subject of what the characters look like and who I use as inspiration, I thought y'all might find this interesting:

 

CJ - Born in Miami to American parents but with 4 Cuban grandparents, I used an actor from Spain for inspiration.

Owen - Born in Australia, the model for his appearance is a Canadian actor.

Harley - Born in Wisconsin, USA, the person playing him is a Brazilian model

Thiago - A Brazilian-American, an American model gets to play him

Chipper - Born in NYC to Argentinian parents, I used an American singer/model as a guide

Brad - This one's been a headache. I've ended up using 2 different people for inspiration. A young Brad is a Swedish model; for an older post-Army Brad, think Daniel Newman

Patrick - Zac Effron ages the same way I envision Patrick. Shorter than most of the other Squad members but built solid. After all, he's a hockey player! 

Ritchie - So far I've used Daryl Sprayberry but that may change as he gets older.

 

Of course, when the movies are made we'll have to find young actors and pray they can age into the role the way it happened with Harry Potter. And sorry but the casting couch will be staffed by myself and  @Bucket1  He earned the job when he helped me with the early books LOL
