There's nothing like an hour and a half phone call with your best friend who's 1500 miles away to boost your mood and lift your spirit. I haven't laughed like that in a long time! I really needed that!❤🙂

After a couple of days off to deal with family matters, i am going back to work this morning. Hopefully they will be just normal days, today and tomorrow.

I just woke up, so I’m having my first glass of iced coffee, and I’m talking my self out of going grocery shopping  - talking myself into didn’t work  .  Maybe tomorrow...

I think I’ll just sit here and enjoy birdsong with my coffee for now.

Got some good news today. We have another new addition to the extended family. My husband's niece had a little baby boy this morning. 7lbs 15oz and 19 inches long. 

I'm happy for them, they had been trying for a couple of years. She was induced on Monday and I thought we might share a birthday, but apparently the little peanut decided he didn't really want to face 2020, so she had a C-section early this morning. Mom and baby are both doing well. Yay!

Afternoon gang. Just stopping in to say hi before dinner since I am pretty sure I am going to crash after. Since the FEI ( governing body of the horse show world) opened the season up I have been running non stop. Had a great day at the show today, five horses , 9 riders, and a bejibber load of ribbons, and I am fried!
