Popular Post Kitt Posted January 11, 2019 Author Popular Post Posted January 11, 2019 Most of you know, but for those that dont, i am post treatment for breast cancer. Last mamogram, wich was 6 months after being pronounced "cured" as i hit the 5 yr mark with no relapse, the radioligist read my films, but rather than tell me the results as usual, all he would say is call my oncologist. That is how it went when i was first diagnossed, so of course i steeled myself to start the game all over. When my oncologist found out he had refused to give me the info that i was clear, she called, insisted on speaking to him then, and ripped him a new one. 2 1 6 1

Was just the idgit, every radiologist previously gave me results up front. Even when i was first diagnossed they said there is something there, consult a surgeon and oncologist. This twit just said talk to your own doc. I brought it up because its not just techs that screw with peoples lives like that, doctors can be just as bad. 8

Doc had the all clean results so saw no reason to move the apt up, but didnt know they were screwing with my head. By the time i got there i was all set to start over, and first thing I said was do i have surgery or chemo first this go round. Doc thought i had lost my mind till she found out what twit did. Hense the phone call and ripping him up. Edited January 11, 2019 by Kitt 6 1

Literally... Hell, it hasn't recovered yet... Fearing the worst for one of your own... I'm not a doctor, but I know there must be protocols for every situation. The moron should feel ashamed for alarming you (and us by extension) like that. I'm happy things were not what they seemed. 5 2
