The person below me lives in an apartment.

Definitely not! We're currently extending the house, which will almost double its size.

That would be me! I live a half mile from my nearest neighbor, and I'm on a 50 acre parcel of land in the national forest. However, before anyone gets impressed, it is in the middle of nowhere and accessible only by 4-wheel drive, so there are a few drawbacks, LoL.

For example, my mailbox is five miles from here, and as for Fedex, or getting a Pizza delivered, etc? YEah, right! LoL.

The person below me loves living in the wilderness and HATES cities.

I don't live in the wilderness, I live in a "city". Sooo I thrive in cities, maybe in more time i would enjoy the wonders of the wild.

The Person Below me woke up to ""cold"" weather today and loved it (Wish it was 50s all the time in Miami...but then that would mean Global Warming has done its job)

I wish. It's going to be another hot day here in Melbourne (36C/97F) after a warm night (18C/64F). They are forecasting thunderstorms tonight, which would be nice.

The person below me loves thunderstorms (except when they blow up his computer with a lightning strike on the phoneline).

I'm not sure I've ever tried it, but I like most Asian food and there's nothing in the recipe that I would object to.

The person below me has tried Chicken Feet in a Chinese restaurant.

Bonus points if you'll also admit to liking them :D I did when I tried them.

100 years old eggs for display? Sure why not? To eat, maybe not.

The person below hates anything chile/spicy/hot. :,(:*)

Did you ask if the person below loves anything chilli/spicy/hot? If so, the answer is yes. Otherwise, no.

The person below me wants to know what happened to the thunderstorms the weather men predicted....

Posted

They always predict and then it never happens... but there WAS that one time when we were walking to the girls' apartment (with said girls in tow) and a bolt of lightening came down during a storm, and knocked out the power in every apartment building, and the parking lots. Nothing like pitch black baby!

The person below me has to work a retail job on friday.

The person below me is a Harry Potter fan.

A fan, but not a fanatic. I prefer the books to the movies -- I didn't like how much they changed in the first movie and while the later ones are better, they still leave out so much detail.

The person below me is hoping the new Eragon movie doesn't vary too much from the book.

I certainly do! Unfortunately, the books are usually always better, only notable recent exception being Lord of the Rings. :2thumbs:

the person below me will gain at least ten pounds over thanksgiving.

That's very unlikely since I don't particularly like traditional Thanksgiving food. I don't eat much meat anyway and when I do I prefer chicken or fish not turkey. I actually dislike yams, cranberry sauce, AND stuffing which is all very unusual since generally there's very few foods I actually dislike. While I generally love potatoes any way I can get them, mashed w/ gravy is about my least favourite form. On the desert side pumpkin, apple, or cherry pie tends to be the most traditonal and frankly to me if it isn't chocolate it isn't dessert. So actually far from stuffing myself on Thanksgiving I've always just prayed there'd be a decent salad and maybe some corn or a rice dressing of some sort for me to pick at so I don't go hungry :P:boy:

The person below me has read this and thinks I'm crazy now

Actually I don't think your crazy :P We don't even celebrate Thanksgiving here so I can't even remember what Turkey tastes like.

Nope, not in school, but ... Harper Lee is one of my favorite authors and "To Kill a Mockingbird" is one of my all time favorite books. This is one case also where the movie was as good as the book. Gregory Peck is Atticus Finch. The kids that played Jem and Scout were absolutely perfect. If you haven't seen the movie, get it. It's a classic. Available in most video stores or on the net.

What was that? That I've got none of my Christmas shopping done? Yep, that would be right. I haven't even started making a list of what to get people....

The person below me has only just started work/school for the day, and it's already looking like going downhill.

A small kiss goodbye... maybe... lipkiss. It's been a few years since I have kissed anyone other than my mother haha.

The person below me worked black friday at a retail job, and it was actually quite decent.

There were no lines on the mens side (how appropriate LOL) and almost nothing on the misses side when I walked it at 3 pm. I even found a parking spot with no searching, and in front of my store, and not the store several blocks down! I even got out of working the register! W00t! Now if I can repeat that tomorrow, I'll be happy as a clam until I have to do my independent research project, twelve physics problems, physics lab report (concerning the IRP), prepare a presentation of ancient chinese engineering, write a five page paper on SOMETHING, all due on tuesday and wednesday. Joy to the world for the end of the semester rush.

I'm guessing black friday is the day after thanksgiving. Since I don't work a retail job and we don't have thanksgiving in Australia, I'll take that as a negative....

The person below me has to get up extremely early on Monday morning.

4am in my case, to catch the first flight....
