Stravor.. well honestly it is long ago i don't remember.  I'm fairly sure i just made it up because i wanted something different.  Keter .. because it rhymes with Peter.. which i think of as a gentle name, but it's wrong for this story.   Hemothracene..  i knew what the god would look like .. so Hemo which refers to blood  .. the rest is just made up until it sounded good.

That’s where I thought the name came from, and also why I thought there must be a goodness to the character.

Hey I just got off work and when I was helping another author with stuff he had problems with names so I found this web site that has a whole list of different name creators 

Name generators not sure if you had them but thought I would share.

Perhaps we can ask @AC Benus to post the pic he showed me after he first read this story .. of how the Ones Who Watch  looked to him. It's a great pic.   It's funny, i was a bit apprehensive showing AC this story.  I honestly didn't think he'd enjoy it.   But i've been wrong before.

I'm bit surprised you wondered if I'd enjoy Searcher. From first word to last, this draws a reader in and rewards on so many levels. You've written something really outstanding here! I'm lucky to have read it first, and that's how I feel

When I read Chapter 1, I was blown away by the imagery of the Hall of the Dead. Such striking descriptions! 

For the Ones Who Watched, I imagined them to be something like stone man statues, or atlantes. This is the image I showed Tim: the portico to the Hermitage in St. Petersburg.
