I wanted to make a tartiflette but my oven was smoking... Despite being clean..  the thing is literally as old as me (it was my aunt's when she was a college student). So I unmade the dish and cooked mashed potatoes with the potatoes slices and spaghetti carbonara with the lardons and I'll eat the reblochon another way 🤷🏻‍♀️
