Wrapped in aluminum foil in the BBQ. We do this with camembert which is pretty similar to brie

No baking for me. I shored up my huge sliding garage doors over the last couple of days by drilling and installing eight 10" long 5/8" bolts to bring the support ledger back into balance. It was coming away from the beams. Tightening those bolts took everything I had but it worked. I'll let the wood relax and tighten them more tomorrow.
