Your evidence that I do this "all the time" is one alleged example from over a year ago? :rolleyes:

There's more...

You claimed the entire cost of Khemjira when the pilot trailer was released.  That was in 2024... the first episode dropped last Saturday.

You've been slower to make claims this year, but I'm not sure a lot of your recent claims were made after you started watching the series.  -_-

Here's the recipe.  :D

Spoiler

Mixed Grain Pancakes with Honey

Makes 8 medium pancakes

Ingredients:

* ¾ cup all-purpose flour

* ¾ cup whole wheat flour

* ¼ cup mixed grains (e.g. oats, millet, quinoa flakes, flaxseed — see note below)

* 1 tbsp baking powder

* ½ tsp baking soda

* ¼ tsp salt

* 1½ cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

* 2 tbsp honey (plus extra for serving)

* 1 large egg

* 2 tbsp neutral oil or melted butter

* 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prep the grains:

   If using tougher grains (like whole millet or uncooked quinoa), soak them in hot water for 10–15 minutes, then drain. For quick-cooking flakes (like oats or flax), no need to soak.

2. Mix dry ingredients:

   In a large bowl, whisk together:

   * White and whole wheat flours

   * Mixed grains

   * Baking powder, baking soda, and salt

3. Mix wet ingredients:

   In a separate bowl, whisk together:

   * Milk

   * Honey

   * Egg

   * Oil or butter

   * Vanilla (if using)

4. Combine:

   Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently just until combined — a few lumps are okay. Don’t overmix.

5. Rest the batter:

   Let the batter sit for 5–10 minutes. This helps hydrate the grains and gives fluffier pancakes.

6. Cook:

   * Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.

   * Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.

   * Cook until bubbles form and the edges look set (2–3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.

7. Serve:

   Serve warm with a drizzle of honey, maple syrup, fruit, or yogurt.

Tips & Variations:

* Mixed grains ideas: Rolled oats, quinoa flakes, chia, flaxseed meal, millet, or buckwheat flakes. Use a mix or just 1–2.

* Add chopped nuts or berries to the batter for more texture and flavor.

* Replace some of the milk with yogurt or buttermilk for tangier pancakes.

Toasted Oat Pancake Variation

How to Toast Oats:

1. Use rolled oats (not instant or steel-cut).

2. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.

3. Add ¼ cup oats and toast, stirring frequently, until golden brown and aromatic — about 3–5 minutes.

4. Let them cool slightly before mixing into your batter.

In the Recipe:

Replace the ¼ cup of mixed grains with ¼ cup toasted oats. Follow the rest of the recipe the same way.

> Optional tip: After toasting, you can soak the oats in a few tablespoons of hot water or milk for \~5 minutes if you want a softer texture in the final pancakes. If you like a little chew, just add them dry.

Texture and Flavor Notes:

* Toasted oats add a pleasant chewiness and nutty depth.

* They won’t make the pancakes dense if the rest of the batter is well-balanced.

* Pairs beautifully with honey or a pat of butter and fruit.
