Short and sweet, and left me smiling. -
This may sound cheesy or cliche, but.... Words to live by, for sure. As always, nicely done, tim. Read the poem again, and felt the need to clarify my comment. I was referring to the final words at the end. Though, I'm thinking you figured that out, tim. Right?

I finished reading that series almost as soon as the final book was released. Re-reading them seems like a good idea... After I finish book four of Ella Frank's Temptation Series, that is.

yeah well, sometimes my mind grabs onto things - I'm like a little terrier that way - and changing directions or seeing things in a different way doesn't always work for me. I'm glad it was light-hearted. I do stand by what I said, but feel free to knock the "dark" bits to the wind, and keep the rest.

Oh, no you're not. Over the course of the time I've known you, your creative mind has blessed us with many wonderful stories to read and intelligent and compassionate words to take as our own way of thinking. You have a brilliant mind that can't be silenced, no matter what. This poem may be dark, and scary and sad, but it's not just anyone who could string these words together as you have. Love you lots, my friend as do many, many more.
