Another Coming-of-age story. I am sure you are bored and tired of it already. But then, you have never heard of Sandy, a cute teenager in India and his growing secret crush on his classmate, the super hot and popular boy called Varun...blah, blah, blah. Ok, i agree, its not like you have never read or watched a story like that before, but then there is a twist in this story. In the world of Heartstopper & Young Royals, where same sex attraction is quite normal, we need a perception from India. Being the only gay boy who is filled with raging sexual hormones in your college can be complicated, isn't it?

These are short little one-shots/ficlets set in the Tears of the Neko Universe.I've been perusing the writing prompts and using them as a way to get me back into the 'neko mindset' to write the sequel. They are set after Tears of the Neko (unless otherwise indicated)--so it would help to have read that story first of course to be familiar with the characters. Most are sort of funny and silly, as I'm playing around with the characters.

Young Benji is going to finally have the house to himself during a day off from school. With his mom and dad going to work, and his baby sister spending the day with friends...he's free to get into whatever mischief that he wants to pursue. What will he do with his much needed time alone?

The sleepy village of Crumbington is about to get a wake-up call.

When the new chairperson of the Summer Fête Committee pushes to create a naked calendar of the Crumbington football team, mouths drop open. Her further pronouncement at having snagged a celebrity host for the fête—rising television and movie star Clifton O’Keefe, and ex-resident of Crumbington—is met with indifference.

Not by Nathan Fresher, though, local baker and captain of the football team. He had been Clifton’s boyfriend in high school, until Clifton and his family disappeared into the night over ten years ago.

Keith has a rusty vintage motorcycle, the best uncles anyone could ask for, and a slight infatuation with a man who uses puns shamelessly and can bench press twice what Keith weighs. And now he needs a welding specialist.

Or: The one where Shiro is an out-and-proud welder and Keith is really into the terrible puns he makes.
