Poems and Short Quips - 11. The Order of the Day
You shiver from a finger
Traveling up your spine.
It's my palm smacking skin
That brings you back in line.
Your command is to be still,
Do not move an inch.
But you soon forget your place
And start to groan and flinch.
Smacking skin increases,
This time with more force.
Even though you want to,
You cannot voice remorse.
Silence with no movement
Is the order of the day.
Until I'm fully satiated,
It's best that you obey.
