What do Author's want to hear?

Just a bit ago I was asked by a member on a yahoo group about my favorite stories here on GA. I could have gone on forever and I probably sound like an advertisement.   But it got me thinking.... of how I read ALL of these great stories and I hardly/rarely leave the author's any feedback.   It got me wondering what the author's want to hear... sure they probably get a lot of "Great Chapter", "Excellent Work" or "Darn you CliffJames".   I feel like I am being redundant when I mention what o

good weekend

I went to San Francisco last weekend to visit friends and participate in Lovefest, some gay ass dance festival.   It was probably the best weekend to date, of my life and I shall lay it out for you.   Friday -   I left Friday morning around 4. Broken Squeeze Toy

It was shaped like a Turkey leg and was a most unappetizing gradient of orange and yellow. I remember it smelled sweet of soft vinyl, the way a Madam Alexander doll does. five years

Today I've been clean and sober 5 years.   I've been through a lot of changes in that time- not all of them for the better. Seen some difficult times that I would have really rather been somewhere else.   It's not easy starting again after 40. If you use drugs and alcohol, I suggest getting clean and sober earlier. People love to give second chances to young people. When you are older, I guess they figure that you should know better. It's much harder and takes more grit than most people have

Yankees

Well... I am so happy that Yankees are improving so much from last year and two years ago. Even more, I am so glad that Yankees beat Red Sox few days ago. I really dislike Red Sox, and I still can't believe that they won the world series...TWICE! Two years ago, Joe Torres left Yankees as a manager, and Joe Girardi replace Torres. Connecting the Dots
