Update on the story development aka WL's research notes

This story is weird...not sure in a good or bad way. The premise is simple- It's a Deuteragonist plot.  My first protagonist is Prince Zhu Cilang, the last crown prince of the Ming Dynasty (1629-1644), he mysteriously disappeared after the fall of the Ming Dynasty, most likely murdered by either rebel troops or under the orders of Manchurian (invading Qing forces), who had occupied Beijing. Who am i? Writing your way. What does that mean? We all have a method, a way of working. That's great—until we start looking at other writers who may be faster, or who we think are better or more talented. Resume Fluffing

So in my job search to enter the legal field (either as a receptionist, a paralegal, legal assistant, etc etc) I had my resume redone by some nice paralegal lady I met in a Facebook group. Motivation

Comprehensive 2025 Reading Report -- Wow!!!

After an "eventful" last few days over the New Year (you can read all about it in the comments in Chapter 7 of Medellin), I got such a nice surprise this morning when I saw the 2025 reading stats, especially that Swing for the Fences was the #2 most recommended story of 2025, and ranked in the Top 10 in eleven different categories.
