Featured Story: Geeks

I know it's Monday, and time to feature a new story, but before I do that, there's something else I'd like to do. Without a certain person, none of us would have such a great site to visit, read stories, and interact with so many great people. I doubt when Myr first came up with the idea for Gay Authors that he expected it would become what it is today, so with that in mind I would like to simply say, Thank You and....     Now, let's see the wonderful review of Geeks by CassieQ, supp

Weekly Wrap Up!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! It's almost time to start another week, but before we do, we like to take a look back at what happened, just in case you missed anything. Lots of great things happen each week in the Gay Authors News Blog and we'd hate for anyone to miss anything.   Monday started out Signature Week with Comicfan's review of Second Shot by Andrew Q Gordon. For those who haven't already read the story, you can take a quick look at Comicfan's review to see if it's something you

Ask An Author #16

It's the first Wednesday of the month, and that is always a special treat in the Gay Author's News Blog. As most people know, the first Wednesday of every month has been slated for a feature by Dark called Ask An Author in which different authors are asked a question from the members at Gay Authors. It's a great feature, and a big Thank You to Dark for keeping it going. So, let's see what Dark has in store for us this month! Ask an Author #16   Welcome back to another quirky question an

May Csr Book Club Selection: The Jacob & Marcus Tales

May already! For many we're on the cusp of a new season and for some of us it's still pouring down rain, grr. I thought this month I'd feature a story with a lot of duality in it. Then, I decided to do something a little different and do a series. Now, I know a novel series would be far too much reading, but Thorn Wilde's Jacob and Marcus Tales just fit the bill, with all the 8 stories in the series under 8k in length. *Story #5 in the series is a set of 2 short prequels* I hope you enjoy this s

This is my last chance to play with the GayAuthors News Blog before Renee comes back and takes over again - so, let's make it good. Cia's Torturing Me!

Cia’s Torturing Me!   If you’re an author, I’m sure you’ve thought that at least once, right? I swear, it’s nothing personal! GA’s posting system is complicated, and there is always a learning curve for new authors to figure out the ins and outs of posting here. I'm also the primary staff member that reviews the Stories submissions, so I am not picking on any one person if you receive more than one PM; I'm simply the staff member that reviews everything in the queue unless I am away from G

Rest In Peace: Ghostryder15 (1946-2013)

It's with great sadness that we report one of our Classic Authors, GhostRyder15, passed away in October 2013. Ghost Ryder was one of Gay Authors' original Hosted Authors, joining the site back in 2005. A military veteran of the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, it is no surprise that his stories are military themed.   Today we honor Ghost Ryder's contributions to both this site and gay fiction. May he rest in peace knowing his stories will continue to live on here at Gay Authors, allo
