Hopefully tomorrow and Sunday will be a heck of a lot better than today. Anything you can't find (corkscrew, spoon, meat thermometer, dishrag, your last cup of coffee) will be in the freezer. LOL. Sorry you had a crap day yesterday. 🤞for you having a better day today and tomorrow. 1 2

Somehow my cell phone ended up in there last weekend! Admittedly I was a little scatterbrained after working the office of a show on Saturday and moving a total of 11 horses in two days, but hey, who says I should not have tried to cook at the end? 2 2

This is the most brilliant idea I've seen implemented in a long time. Just one life saved because someone manages to remember 3 numbers makes it totally worthwhile. 1 5

My husband has broken 4 ice cube trays so far. 🙄 The flip side of moving is unpacking. So far it's been really slow. I made good progress on Sunday then ran out of steam last night. Oh well, one box at a time! Have a good day everyone! 1 4

Or some bendy trays he cannot break.. they're cheaper: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=silicone+ice+cube+tray&crid=343VQOLGKUD2C&sprefix=silicone+ie%2Caps%2C98&ref=nb_sb_ss_retrain-deeppltr_3_11 Edited July 19, 2022 by Mikiesboy 1 4

One of my maintenance guys is coming over on Saturday to build a closet for me in the living room. That will alleviate a lot of the remaining clutter. It will also give us a place to hang up our sweatshirts and jackets. Coat closets are not common in Florida. 5

I was just out there bagging yard waste, and it’s still really humid (feeling like 99), and lucky me, I got two mosquito bites. AC is still on, and it might be on all night if the forecasted t-storm doesn’t cool things down. 5

We got some rain last night, but not enough. 3 1

My son texted me the other day, it was over 100 where he is and not expected to go any lower than the mid-90s for at least a week. Not even the coastal breeze is helping here. It's like a blast from a hair dryer. Stay inside and stay cool! 4

Good analogy, because that’s exactly how it feels here as well. The occasional breeze alleviates that feeling for a bit. That and lots of ice water. Edited July 20, 2022 by Reader1810 4

Popular Post Kitt Posted July 22, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 22, 2022 Mini strokes and/or TIA's can be almost as scary as a full blown stroke. Fortunately the effects usually ARE temporary. While working thru this remember to take time to take care of each other. Sometimes these things can be tougher on the family than the patient. Hang in there! 3 5
