I'm just wondering if the butter Kerrygold export to the US is any different to what they sell at home...

The unopened packet in my fridge lists the following under Ingredients:

Cream, Salt (1.8%), Salted Sweet Cream Butter. Fat 80% minimum.

(They really do put the word Cream in bold...)

I use it on sandwiches & toast, on hot boiled vegetables (such as potatoes), and as the 'oil' for frying omelettes. When I am baking cakes, cookies, and the like, I use the unsalted variety.

Hello young Albert

Good here, doing a phone meeting with HR and then heading into work.

I need to ring Dad to see how he is settling in but the new place has a nice courtyard outside his room. The landscaping is a bit new but it should be beautiful in a few months time as the warmer weather comes along.
