Drewbie Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 How does someone "except" an important package? Always The person below me has several upcoming tests over the next few days and is putting off studying or doing any work at all for them. Call me crazy but I like both skiing and boarding The person below me doesn't care what's strapped to their feet as long as they have a place where they can get on the slopes *mutter* Stupid Mississippi. Maybe I'll get the chance while in ND tho You've just made me depressed, as I've just realised it's been over 10 years since I was last on the slopes. We've been talking about it for the last couple of seasons, but keep putting it off as too complicated. AND that's with a brother-in-law who works at one of the ski resorts here in Australia. The person below me is looking forward to a week of sun and surf... and annoyed it's still SO far away.

I can go anytime I want and it's just littered with collage kids (never too old to look you know). the person below me thinks fall is the best season of the year.

Drewbie Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 The person below me needs a boyfriend. Yes I do. Person below me is going to a party soon.
rekop1 Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 Person below me is going to a party soon. well not tonight but tomorrow night yes. the person below me needs to install their new computer yeah I still don't want to let this one go
jalaki Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 well not tonight but tomorrow night yes. the person below me needs to install their new computer yeah I still don't want to let this one go No chance that would ever happen for me. If I had a new one (custom- and hand-built by myself ) it'd be up and running as soon as possible. The old one would either become part of the new one, or it would exist as a second PC. No sense in letting good hardware go to waste The person below me is a huge computer geek and now wants to build another PC; not because they need one but for the sheer enjoyment of it What can I say? I like it

Anyway, Real Programmers don't do hardware The person below me is old enough to have heard Real Programmer jokes.

The first computer I worked on had less memory than my cell phone and took up a 20 x 40 foot room. The person below me has one of the first IBM pc's (1981) in the garage. You're absolutely NOT goin to believe this, but I just got rid of my Dad's old Tandy Model II with the huge external hard drive that had gathered dust in my garage for 10 years. The person below me needs to clean out their garage.

The person below me adopted a kitten from an Animal Shelter recently. Krista
Juss Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 As much as I love kittens, I've never had one The person below me has a Science test tomorrow
jalaki Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 As much as I love kittens, I've never had one The person below me has a Science test tomorrow Nope, had that today. Tomorrow I have World Lit and Philosophy tests instead The person below me wonders what special type of illicit substance one must habitually use in order to become a Philisophy teacher Honestly, I like philosophy and all. It's great. But our instructor....man, he has his days and then he has his days, hahaha.

It's great. But our instructor....man, he has his days and then he has his days, hahaha. Interestingly, many philosophers throughout history have been known to use various substances. My college philosophy teacher was indeed suspected of it. Actually, he was fired the following year due to showing up once to often with reddened eyes and smelling like burning leaves (which, of course, was exactly the problem ) The person below me has had a teacher who was drunk (or otherwise inebriated) in class.
Ibuprofen Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 The person below me has had a teacher who was drunk (or otherwise inebriated) in class. That would be my grade 11 gym teacher damn near all the time. When my mum was in high school she had a teacher who would go down to the pub during the lunch period to get drunk. The person below me wants a kitten but can't get one. I have too many birds to get a cat, and I would like to keep them all alive. That doesn't stop me from wanting one though.

I'd love to get another one, but we've got building works going on at the moment and our laundry has lost it's door, so there's no where to keep a kitten at night. I'm hopeful for the future, though. The person below me has just realised that this post (mine) is reply number 1500
Masked Monkey Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 No, I realized that before I read it The person below me read the "Foley Transcript" and thought "what was wrong with what he said?" :king: Snow Dog (who did not think that)

Actually, I haven't read it because he hasn't broken any laws. The person below me is craving grapes right now but there are none in their refridgerator because no one listens to them when they ask for grapes at the store
