1)  The snow level across the river was at about 1500 feet the last time I got a look through the clouds.

2)  It's about 40 degrees outside, 68 inside.  Absence of  pants would look strange with a hoodie and down vest.

3)  My uncle, in his senile years, rarely wore pants and often answered the door in that state.  I'm not quite there yet.

4)  I have the perfect meme for this, but it might not pass the purity test here.

Pants if temp is under 50 F, but otherwise no pants

I am also partial to No shirts as well on warmer weekends

I wear shorts and a tshirt indoors all year round. 

tim on the other hand is normally cold … today in an undershirt, a long sleeve tshirt, and jeans.

By "pants," do you mean underpants or trousers?

I generally wear gym shorts and some sort of shirt around the house, because I currently live with people.  When I lived alone, I often didn't bother to put on anything at all after getting out of bed.

At some point in the day, I generally tire of being sloppy, and at that point I shower and put on real clothes.  Whether I then put on long trousers or short pants depends on the season.
