The deposed despot and his lickspittle are both pouting in separate oubliettes.  They've given up because the Three Musketeers - Penguin, Panda Roach, and Coyote Cub -- are an unstoppable force they don't want to deal with.  Notice the putrid one has gone into hiding as well?
