Had another big tree cut down today that was near the house. It was a relief to see it gone, and well worth the money for the peace of mind it gives me. On another note, I found some rot on the bottom of a big window I built 35 years ago. Now I have another big job to do before winter.

Greetings Albert. We had a good day. A bit bittersweet for mum as we learned this morning that her best friend passed over the weekend. However, our time this evening with the step family was fun and put a number of smiles on her face.

I'm innocent!  it's true! We had a nice couple of days but starting tonight we'll have rain and a drop in temperature... *Pouts*

I am too old for this crap. I just spent four hours getting a really heavy window unscrewed and unglued (hey, that describes @Drew Espinosa  ). Finally got it loosened, and now the real work begins... but I am done for the day.
