Tim the Traveller Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 A little birdie who would never lie was singing a song that seemed to indicate that we all have some reading to do! Enjoy!
C James Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 I think that about sums it up, Vic!!! Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And talk about cliffhangers! I've seen Dom cliffhangers before, but never more than one at a time!! I'm going to need to let this one sink in a bit, then re-read it.
NickolasJames8 Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 OMG, everyone's dead!!!!!...ok, maybe not, but almost :nuke:
Tim the Traveller Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 a classic example of why i try my damndest not to start a domluka story before its finished. I hate cliffhangers, and a double one really gets my goat.
Marco Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 HOLY SH*T BATMAN !!! I was as scared as Frank at the end of this chapter. What the hell ? This is so unlike Dom's other work. Geez, I didn't know he had a dark side I'm gonna go nuts waiting for the next chapter  Great work Dom Marco

MayaMys Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 So I think I have this partially figured out. I'm sure the rest of you also have most of it figured out. This story is amazing. Not to mention, creepy, scary, and thrilling. I'm with Tim TS on this one, this is a story that I should have waited to read until it was done. All these cliffies. **Sigh** If this was ever published (which I think it should be. It's not as life changing as The Ordinary Us, but it's most certainly good enough to be published), it would be one hell of a page turner.
Red_A Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Wow, How many more episodes are there. My heart can not stand too many cliffe hangers, and later today we will probably have DoH new episode as well. Aah well
captainrick Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 DAYAM! I am speechless. Dom, dammit, I'm just going to jump up and down screaming, hold my breath and throw a tantrum that would make a two year old proud till you finish this thing. Rick
tyguy0268 Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 DAYAM! I am speechless. Dom, dammit, I'm just going to jump up and down screaming, hold my breath and throw a tantrum that would make a two year old proud till you finish this thing. Rick I already did that when I finished this chapter. Now more long and agonizing wait for another chapter.
AFriendlyFace Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Jay is a really nice guy. I think I've decided I'm primarily concerned for his, Frank, Jessica, and Rudy's safety. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. Kevin

shadowgod Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Whoa! My head is spinning now! I too worry for all of the characters safety, yes Nick! Oliver as well! I think I have to read that chapter again Steve
dutch joe Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 It's more like a detective story than an (homo-)erotic one. But it is good and especially the cliff hangers that Dom has on nearly every chapter. I don't know if I can sleep this night after this chapter
Maximoff Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 My heartbeat's racing and I've got goosebumps all over my arms. Jeremy's not so bad - I like him a lot. I can't wait to read the next chapter, although from reading your blog it seems like it may take a while...
bodgy Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 OK, so it's fast looking like my ideas were incorrect. I'm sure Dom reads this forum surrepticiously and then changes the story line to frustrate. Next story folks, we communicate by PM, that'll stuff up that approach. So my next prediction - Frank's dad will either attempt to save the situation and in so doing provides the catalyst for Frank/dad relationship mending, or Mr Martin kills or so severely injures him that Frank starts on the 'if only' or ' I wish' trail. bodgy
johnM Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 So many questions; so little time! I didn't think it possible that you'd outdo yourself, Dom, but. . . .with each chapter, the story gets better and better. I have been wrestling with the Oliver/David question and am hoping that the next chapter will resolve the issue. I am now thinking - having been a dual personality advocate for 10 chapters - that the two boys are indeed two boys - and that David may be dead - at the hands of his mother and that Oliver so longs for his twin that he keeps him "alive" in his heart and mind. But whatever the outcome - fantastic story. At this stage, I think that papa Martin is going to bite the dust in the end - and that Frank's father will somehow save the family and this will be a cause of the family reuniting. But, regardless of what I think, Dom, you've really outdone yourself with this story. I think it is your best effort thus far, though in my mind and heart the unflinished "With Trust" runs a close second John
writeincode Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 (edited) *gasp* Amazing. I had to pull my feet off the edge of my bed when Dom described the feet at the edge of the bed... monsters under the bed and all. I hate cliffhangers, and a double one really gets my goat. goat .... I miss WT Edited September 30, 2006 by writeincode
AFriendlyFace Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 What about Oliver's safety??? Well Oliver would be the next one I'm worried about, but he's a little scary...I mean he did just kill his mom and all. OK, so it's fast looking like my ideas were incorrect. I'm sure Dom reads this forum surrepticiously and then changes the story line to frustrate. Next story folks, we communicate by PM, that'll stuff up that approach. Actually, I'm pretty sure that Dom doesn't read the posts until after he's written the last chapter of a story. I know that's how it was with DD anyway, and I believe it's his general practice. I'm assuming he made an exception for the sex thread he started. This seems like a really good theory to me! *gasp* Amazing. I had to pull my feet off the edge of my bed when Dom described the feet at the edge of the bed... monsters under the bed and all. I can't wait to read the next chapter! Kevin
Tazz Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 Well Oliver would be the next one I'm worried about, but he's a little scary...I mean he did just kill his mom and all. But how can we be so sure the killer was indeed Oliver? It could have been let's say Brian who was in panic that Mary was finally going to reveal the secret to everyone, and then after killing her (whatever the circumstances) put Oliver's (or David's) hands around Mary's throat. Maybe (D)Oliver was fainted or something. Argh I don't know. I'm frustrated and I won't even try to figure out the solution, just wait the next chapter. Thank you Dom!

I think I agree with you, Tazz......obviously, Brian's gone out of his mind, if he was ever in it to begin with, and he killed his wife in a panic....either that, or David finally stuck again
