The scene where Liam talks to Julia’s picture brought tears to my eyes. Great great story.

The story is interesting but you need to do some vert careful editing. There are a couple of places where the story or the dialogue does not follow. Try reading it aloud to yourself.

The prologue and first two chapters bode well for the rest of the story. I am looking forward to reading this.

Overall a good story, one that I enjoyed. Personal preference — the end was a bit sweet and predictable and I would really have liked more development of the Peggy—Jack story. But you really did accomplish a lot in a short space and I look forward to reading more of your work.

I did not plan to read this as the story theme did not interest me. I have passed it up each time a chapter has been added. But out of boredom today I started reading it and find I am enjoying it. The quality of the storytelling and the writing skills are keeping me hooked. I am curious to see where you go with this and how you avoid the many cliches that could be used as short cuts. Keep up the good work. I am in for the long haul.

Thank the gods I did not read this in the break room at work! I went from tears when Jarren told Nash off to laughing out very loudly thanks to Liam. Great great chapter.

This story is so far from being "total shit" you'd need a passport to visit it! (No idea what that means but go with it!) This is such strong, cleanly written, and honest piece of work. And most importantly, you avoid the sticky sweet cliches that so often show up in these stories -- I literally (and yes, it was literally) gasped when you wrote that Nash lost his foot. You are an extraordinary storyteller and a fine craftsman. If you ever need to be reminded of that, please touch base and I will say it again.

I read a lot of fiction and the sex scenes have become so predictable and, if truth be told, a bit boring. Not in this story! The scenes with Jarren and Nash totally break the mold and expectations. They are as erotic and sensual as anything I have ever come across. (Well I guess I should say no pun intended and it wasn’t but why waste a good opportunity lol) I really appreciate what you are achieving.
