WeeKeLy WrApUp - (JaN. 4 - jAn. 10)

Howdy Ho Good Neighbours! I guess that is why they'd call it the blues.... Interesting, the holidays are over, the bills are coming in, back to work everyday of the week, the days are getting longer but still submerged in darkness for most of the day (in my longitude).  They say the 3rd Monday of January is blue Monday, the saddest day of the year, but I think I've arrived a wee bit earlier .  I just feel blah!  So I need you all to give me something to do to cheer me up

2026 Poetry Anthology Announcement

The GA Poetry Anthology is returning for 2026 with the theme "Choices"!  We face all different kinds of choices in life, so this would be a great opportunity to explore some of them.  I look forward to reading what our site poets come up with!   Submitted poems will be featured throughout the month of April to celebrate National Poetry Month. Weekly Wrap Up (Nov. 30 - Dec. 6)

The end is nigh! Soon, we shall put this all behind us   I'm talking about 2025! We are in the final 100 yards of a 400 yard dash. We are in the final 3 minutes of a football game, we are about 150 yards out from the flag on a golf course on a Par 6. We have securely made it into December.
