RIP Carlos Hazday April 23, 1958 - June 16, 2023     It is my sad duty to inform everyone that a beloved member of the GA community has passed away.  Carlos Hazday was a staunch supporter of GA.  He took over the popular Ask an Author blog when it was in danger of being discontinued and made it into one of GA’s most anticipated blog series.  Carlos was also a great advocate for the anthology, by writing stories, editing, and encouraging writers to participate.  He made many f

2023 Anthology - Leap of Faith Guidelines

The submission date for the Secret Author contest is rapidly approaching, so hopefully everyone is putting the finishing touches on their Secret Author stories and getting them over to Cia.  In the meantime, I have finalized the guidelines for this year's anthology - Leap of Faith.  There have been some changes, so make sure you read them over and let me know if there are any questions.  Let's see if we can beat last year's number of participants!    2023 Anthology  - Due: October 1, 2

Interesting way to start of the blog this week   Sooooooooo, I think I listen to this song at the beginning of each summer as my kick off song to the summer. I like the lyrics and the video. I always wanted to be a boy of summer for a boy . I had a nice short week last week as in Canadia we had the Victoria Day Long Weekend last weekend, and I believe some 'mericans have the Memorial Day Long Weekend going on right now.
