Sorry for the delay in the new chapters, poor Rob can't seem to shake this dreaded bronchitis or flu he has. Every time he thinks it's gone it comes back to kick him in the butt.

If you’re talking about the dry, packaged ramen soup that comes with the little powdered soup packet, that’s an awful lot of sodium! On the other hand, if you have access to actual ramen noodles, that sounds like a tasty soup! Just add some vegetables.  ;-)

Most of the sodium is in the little packet, I replaced it with homemade chicken stock

I would never put the dry ones in my mouth. A lot of research showing their danger.

Reading these are well worth the info. And medical knowledge runs in the family. Mom nurse until retirement, dad paramedic then safety manager, maternal grandfather chiropractor, both grandmas nurses, couple of doctor aunts and uncles. And I've read several survival field med guides for shits n giggles. If y'all need help just ask.

I'm doing an outline...the two main characters will be 13 and 11, the 11 at first will be a pest to the 13 year old but after 2 years they are better. The 13 year old will have a little brother (10) and a little sister (7) along with parents the 11 has 3 older siblings (17, 19 and 23) and a single mom.
