Another year?  I did dodge it this year in spite of Aod's to got out and participate.  That was because of last year's personal experience.  I felt like I was hit with enough water to fill 20 swimming pools!  FYI, wet towels do not help in the recovery process.

I’m honestly a little more tired than usual, which is partly why I’ve been a little absent the past week or so.

My sleep schedule has gotten totally jacked up, and I’ve had multiple nights with very little sleep.

I have sleep apnea, and the machine I have to help with problem has actually more problems, so I’ve just been exhausted for days.
