Just a week... he's going again in a few weeks... this time with his girlfriend's family. "Cookie get help" ... good idea, in case I ever happen to fall.

Thanks  The cats seem to be adjusting.  They both appeared when I got home, even though the guy was still working on the bathroom.  He's doing a great job so far.  I can't wait till it's all finished   Joker is still quite loudly telling me all about it.  Hopefully he'll get it out of his system and let me sleep.  The sinus  pressure is better at the moment.  Now it's moving to my chest, I think.  Bleh.

Cats are very sensitive to changes. Since mom's sick our oldest cats follow her everywhere. When mom go to lie in bed the cat nudges her arm until it's positioned they way she wants to put her head on mom's arm. Mom said last night Minion was acting lunatic and insistent, wanting her attention, to be pet and especially insist on lying on her chest which he never ever do: mom had some kind of catheter installed high on her chest and going in her jugular this same day and had been gone all day! No wonder.

I made breakfast, did some laundry, went out for a job interview, did some more laundry, cleaned the basement, and now I'm making dinner. BBQ-grape jelly burgers, with spicy peanut butter spread and smoked Provolone cheese. Spicy sweet potato fries on the side.
