Hamburgers cooked in a blend of BBQ sauce and grape jelly. For the peanut butter spread, I just add a bit of chili powder and Chinese Five-Spice to some melted peanut butter. Then I spread the PB on toasted buns.

OMG! I'm watching a tv show about farmers looking for love. There's one we fell deeply in love when he was in his 20 and lived for 20 years with a woman without. Ever. Having. Sex. Ever. In. 20. Bluefish. Years!  He then meet another woman at 45 but only date her for 6 months! That's all he has know of love and sex in his 48 years.

Yeah they're quite intuitive.  Mine always seem to know when I'm having a bad day.  That's great the cats are comforting your mom.

Why?! Oh why Pagey! Why would you put grape jelly and peanut butter with hamburgers?!!  Americans and their sweet/salt combo

@Bucket1 meant to type "bloody" once and autocorrect changed it to "bluefish", so since then we've been using 'bluefish'.  

 

Grape jelly and chili sauce is a tasty combination.  I've used it with meatballs and it's always a hit.

Exactly. I do, too. I've also seen burgers on TV with PB & J combinations, so I thought I'd try it.

That sounds tasty! I like sweet fruity things with meat. Sometimes when I want a good dinner but can't be bothered to cook anything complicated, I buy a pre-grilled chicken and this cherry compote thingy. Poor the cherry compote over the chicken, stick it in the oven for fifteen or so minutes, the compote glazes the skin and makes it super crispy. Serve with rice. 

I made Thai chicken green curry today. That was yummy too.

Salmon also goes really well with Thai green curry. I do this thing where I fry salmon fillets and pour green curry and coconut milk over and let them cook in that for fifteen minutes or so. It's yummy.

I would totally eat this.  I'd pretty much try anything once, but this sounds really good.  Plus I trust Pagey, cause he's a master chef and stuff.  But, I'm pretty sure I'd have heartburn afterward.
