I actually went to classes this afternoon  then came back home at 6.30, sat down to crochet then had dinner and called home

I helped my mum take her cats to the vet for check-ups and vaccines. Then I got my hair cut. It's really nice now!

Well I'm experimenting with writing different taboo topics... this one might freak people out... but it's over in the sneak peek thing in um... writers? club.  I have about 25k written so far... it's almost plotted out.  Then I will just have to flesh it out.

No thanks. It's bluefish cold out, and I'm feeling worn out. Cookie is keeping me on my toes, although she handled being in the barn while my horse had her hooves trimmed, really well. My blacksmith was impressed with her, and he knows a lot about border collies. Thank God my kid is coming home in the early morning.

Actually it went rather well. The kids she was late for the lesson for are self sufficient, I only had to cover till she showed up, and I would have stood there visiting with mom anyway!  The rest is part of a normal day.  Some smiths like to have the horses tied, others prefer them being held, and of course some horses just will not stand no matter what you do.

 

These five all are good children. It's more like a coffee break than work.

Junior wasn't gone long! Bet Cookie will be glad she can stop looking for him.  But you should teach her to seek him out on command.  Instead of "Lassie get help" it can be "Cookie get help"
