I had a phone appointment on Thursday. I've been having chills and sweats all along. He says I'm doing well... and that it could last another month or two. I know what to look for now.

I think you'll really, really like the birthday present I have in mind. Also, I probably will still have a soft spot for Boston, I feel like I'm the only person who felt that way as the end of season one.

Yup. Almost left it too late, and now I have very little immune system to fight off any bugs. My doc talked to the emerge doc who treated me--they have offices in the same building--and she told him I was lucky I came in when I did, that I was in really bad shape. She told me the same thing. I got a lecture from my doc. Pneumonia is way more serious for someone in their seventies than someone in their forties. I learned my lesson.

When I had my first case of Pneumonia I was in my teens and it was pretty bad then.
