When I came downstairs this morning, the ground was nearly clear. By 2:00 pm, it was covered in a thick layer of snow, with more expected to arrive over the next few days.

Looks like tonight's dinner will be McDonald's by battery-powered lamplight. The electricity has gone out in our neighborhood, due to the heavy weather.

Thank you, Spike. Max is currently on the sofa, reading a book. Colton is at the dining table, folding some sort of origami. Meanwhile, Morgan just returned with the food.
