No wonder you don't sleep! Who could sleep through all that???
-
Just how far from the airport are you??
-
Nope, just a slow eater ignoring the human's schedule! Lol I run a barn. Laundry is on the schedule every day!

Morning gang. Little break while we wait on the horse being moved today to finish his breakfast so I thought I would drop in and say hi.

Perhaps I should make a file with the key phrases to search? Then when I am backing up files regularly I can make searches part of the routine. Not that my little tiny prompt responses are worth stealing, but some of them are good basis for someone who knows how to do a damn longer story to expand on.

I still have the first one I bought in the early 80's. When the lid broke I tried one from one of my pyrex baking dishes, fir perfectly. Have gotten a newer one with a larger crock that is removable. Easier cleaning and can do larger batches now that we have 4 peeps in the house so we still get left overs for lunches.

Hmm. Still wary of sisters about face. Gotta be more to it! Lovely close to the chapter. Is nice to see things getting back on track for the boys.

Hell, I am EST, and seems like playing catch up is all I do sometimes! Enjoy your chats here, but don't forget to come visit us too. Sorry I butted in.

Oh, I am not saying she hasn't changed, just that if she did, there is more behind it than getting pregnant!
-
Well now, isn't that interesting. But I am thinking there has to be more behind the change of heart than this. Get a piece, get pregnant, suddenly get smart? Too easy! In case you haven't noticed, you have me hooked. Is it Friday yet? New chapter in the morning?

Bout time don got his head outta his ass! If he'd followed the therapists instructions might of happened sooner.

Hmm, just how did that coach know to be in that closet before Will? And just what makes him think Will is going to be so easy to get? He may play fast and loose, but it has always been on his terms. I don't think he will be so cooperative with what ever this coach has planned.

Five years since Sandy and there are still condemned homes waiting to be torn down in my neighborhood. Hubby now understands why I turned down nicer homes in lower areas of town when we bought our home. Friends in Florida, don't wait till evacs are manditory! Go early! Being stuck with no gas on a highway in traffic so dense you could walk faster is a recipe for disaster.

As much as Irma worries me for my friends, the fact that Jose is following on her heals is another source of concern. Then you have Katia floating around near Corpus Christi. Last thing Texas needs is round two!

Well said Sean.

One step at a time dear.

Everything the others have said pretty much covers the advice with one exception. One day at a time. If that is overwhelming at first, one hour, one task. There is a reason the 12 step programs live by this motto. Based on the time stamps you are now at the airport. Let yourself enjoy the flight. You are moving into the next chapter. Don't let yourself stare at the title and be afraid to turn that page. Likewise the rest of your day. I assume you have lodging arranged? So, next step is obvious. The plane lands, you get a bus or cab or Uber or what ever and go there. Two tasks complete. Now get familiar with the new digs. Settle in. Call your family and tell them how well things have gone so far and you are safe in your new home. Go for groceries. That's two tasks all by itself. You also learn where to buy em! At the end of the day look back at all you have accomplished. Is there more to do? Sure, but there is ALWAYS more. Don't let the length of the to do list intimidate you. Now, I am going to paraphrase dugh here. As for being alone, what are we? Chop liver?

Bottom line here is the readers up in arms over unprotected sex are trying to force you to become the Sex Ed teacher. Is there a reason for unprotected sex in the story? We're the characters caught up in the moment? You are not responsible to teach the ( m/m fiction ) readers moral responsibility.

Why not just open a new tab for the longer chapters? You can cruise the sight in the first tab, leave the device you are reading on, even close access to the net ( on my Android phone ) and come back to exactly where you left off.
-
I agree, it is the clarity and quality of the writing, not the length.

Fortunately for you he loves you too and you do not need to try to lock up the wind.

Ahh, the first real road hazard. Louis seems on the right road, Don needs a bit of navigational aid. Is it Friday yet? Looking forward to Chapter 7. Woohoo! I get first comment!

I am surprised the docs involved haven't already tried to set Donny with a shrink. Adjusting to life in a chair has to be difficult at best. Hell, the ED could be caused by fear of ED!

A major bump in the road to the future. Will be interesting to see how they get around it or if they plow right over the top.
