These are short little one-shots/ficlets set in the Tears of the Neko Universe.I've been perusing the writing prompts and using them as a way to get me back into the 'neko mindset' to write the sequel. They are set after Tears of the Neko (unless otherwise indicated)--so it would help to have read that story first of course to be familiar with the characters. Most are sort of funny and silly, as I'm playing around with the characters.

Sean is moving up in the world, academically, but he's off to a rough start with a bully and a fight in the first day. He hopes to hide his humble beginnings, but quickly finds himself in the middle of romance and murder that leaves little room for secrets.

Ben Miller is a paralegal with the Hennepin County District Attorney's office and he has an unpleasant task, returning a runaway boy home to a tiny town in northern Minnesota. The teen, Clay Taukkala's, behavior is a little strange and so Ben asks his boyfriend, Rush Romer, to ride with on this road trip. They begin delving into the boy's emotional reactions and discover the real story about what happened to him. Not everything is as it seems.
