Prologue.

When I was in college, I had a friend that worked the summers at various resorts. In the fall when school would resume, he’d hold court at lunch and tell us tales of his summer experience, showing us his trinkets, that’s what he called them. Based on those tales, I wrote the following story, Home Away From Home.

Be warned, the story involves explicit sex between gay couples. If you have read any my other stories, this will be quite different.

I grow up as our little Gypsy Crown Prince, inwardly knowing who I am and what important tasks I have to fulfill, whilst waiting for my former 'Trapper Dad' who once was our Beloved 'Gypsy Monarch Harold the Great' and who still is my 'Eternal Soul Mate', to adopt me and take me under his wings. Homeless Adam wanders the dilapidated buildings for food and warmth in an abandoned street called Heidgate. Clearly ill, regularly sexually assaulted and in need of medical attention he waits each week for a charity bus to turn up so he can eat and get warm. One of the helpers, clearly concerned about his welfare takes an interest and pity in him. However the person is not who they appear to be. In fact, Adam is soon to find out, nothing is as it appears to be. Little will be known at first, but for both the helper and Adam? Time is running out!
