    2026 Poetry Anthology - Choices - **Wrap-up**

    By Valkyrie

We had twelve poems featured for this year's poetry anthology. What a perfect way to celebrate National Poetry Writing Month! A huge thank you to all who participated by writing poems, reading, reacting, commenting, and reviewing.  Participation is what keeps these events going every year, and I know myself, for one, look forward to the anthologies all year.  I couldn't coordinate the anthologies without help, so I'd like to give a shout-out to the people who make things happen behind the scenes

Weekly Wrap Up (Nov. 2 - Nov. 8)

Is it cold in your neck of the woods 🥶 I heard it was getting below zero (32F) in southern parts of the US of A 😮 In November! I imagine I'm going to hear from our Florida contingent that it is getting down to 70F in the evenings   So an interesting week has come to a close. Scratch that, it wasn't an interesting week. It was kind of the 2nd week of November blah week. Now if it was your birthday, then I missed the bright, shiney happiness of the week! You should have included me to li

November CSR Feature: Ash's Marriage Trigger

Oh, November... that month we all love. It feels like it goes on forever, and can we just get to the good holidays??? For those of us in the U.S. it also includes the Thanksgiving and gathering of friends and/or family, and all that fun (or friction). In honor of the onus of family, as well as feature another great event GA hosts, I thought I'd feature a prompt response by one of GA's popular authors! Have you ever tried writing to the featured prompts? It can be fun, as Thirdly shows readers!!

Weekly Wrap Up (Oct. 26 - Nov. 1)

YAWN  You know what? I could use another hour of sleep tonight   Yes, in North America it is that time of the year where if you have such a thing as Daylight Savings Time, it is coming to an end in a few hours. I do find it funny that since tonight we are getting an extra hour of sleep, so to speak, there is less bitching than if we were losing an hour  Oh sorry, putting forth a compelling argument without any emotion involved. Is that better?   Yesterday was Halloween 😮 Did you d
