Congratulations, but I am confused!

 

Headstall welcomes Cynus to the Purple, aka Promising Author, but the posts promotes him to Signature. I looked back to prior to Cynus joining GA and can not find mention of him being promoted to Promising. Did I miss post? Is there a situation in which authors can skip levels?

Pay attention, now. Signature Authors wear burgundy, not purple. Cynus Is like one of those rookie phenoms (although he's been writing and posting for ages on other sites) he skipped AAA and went straight to The Show!

Sorry, Cynus... I had just woken up, and got so excited... I didn't read 'Signature' because I thought 'Promising' was the next step for you... I need to have coffee before I post. Any way, congrats on the burgundy... you rock, buddy!

It's rare, but it's happened before when an established author who is hosted elsewhere comes to GA. If they're already producing stories at the level required, why hold them back?

Thank you, everyone, for the congratulations! I was completely surprised by this when they contacted me, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this great community and the invitation to join the signature author group. Thank you for all your support! I ran out of likes, so I'm afraid I'll have to get to the rest of you, later. :)
