Hmm, I wanted to write a Rob chapter next, but the Friday prompt works better for another Nelson and Eric chapter. :unsure: what to do...?

I agree with Gary. Rob wouldn't want you to push N&E aside just so he could strut his stuff ... of course there are likely some who might wish otherwise.

Gay erotica can be a subset of gay romance, which is a subset of gay fiction. Or if there is no romance involved, I guess gay erotica is a subset of gay fiction directly.

Another way of looking at it it that gay erotica = porn and therefore has nothing to do with gay romance. But in gay romance you can have stories with and without sex.

However, I started out writing gay erotica/porn, but along the way I found romance sneaking in. Now I'm doing my best to write gay romance... and I'm not even gonna try keeping the sex out when it happens. :*)

So I'm quite :unsure: about whether to label my stories as romance or erotica...

Romance. :hug: The scenes in CC are intimate, caring, and passionate. And I'm sure when Nel and Eric finally do it, it'll be all those things.

will it make you happy to know he's on his way? I'm fast approaching 1,000 words and I've just gotten to the fun part. :evil::gikkle::X

 

OK, the chapter is now with AC, the hungry birds and the Rob Mob can go bother him. :lol:

 

I did a bit more tinkering and added a bit, so back to AC for a second beta/edit. I hope I can post it tomorrow.

...with the new chapter, I just realized you've set up bi-curious Rob (with his hints of an oral fixation) with Trevor, who blew Nelson...and is NOT shy about going after what he fancies sexually. Are they on a down-low collision course?

Hmm... I see Trevor meeting a guy in college :) Someone that he can fall in love with and move past his crush on Nel.

From Drew's review of chapter 42:

 

The one moment that sticking in my mind was that ingenious move that Rob made by asking Trevor who his prom date is in public. That certainly got the attention of everyone, hehe.

 

I loved this comment, Drew, since it was true both inside and outside the story. :lol:
