If you have questions call and left a number. I call the number, have 5 minutes of press 1 for this 2 for that, you must sign up for the online app, ok now you can finally talk to a human. Why do I need an alternative medication. I spoke to a pharmacy staff member three weeks ago, again 2 weeks ago, and a 3rd time last week, all in person, reminding them I was opening my last injectable pen on 3/1 and to make sure the refill is in stock. Each time they assured me they would have it. Now I am down to a 5 day supply and you tell me it's on back order till late April. Nothing we can do. We processed your refill this am and it is on back order. We checked, same at all the chain locations in this area. Ummm, why the fuck do you think I started pestering you THREE WEEKS AGO? Called the other chain in our area, and both mom and pop pharmacies, no one has it in stock. Called the quacks office. Another round of push 1 for this 2 for that, then get a diatribe about how it is MY responsibility to find the med and have the new pharmacy name and number ready befor speaking to a human. Bad enough I put up with the gastro upset these meds cause, do they have to give me ogida just getting the shit? This is the third time they changed my med cause it's impossible to obtain. 3 4 Link to comment
