I'm just saying keto dumplings are amazing; who needs dough? Today, I'm all about stuffed peppers and a pot of chili. I happen to have sweet potato cornbread in the freezer.

The dumplings were amazing.  I know they are a lot of work, none of which I have to do, but they could make those weekly. Delicious and low carb. Great for me. 

I'm not sure what Dan and tim are planning for tonight, but I'll eat it.

She is, though, amazingly good in the car.  5 hour journey (with stops) and she slept throughout.  Perhaps her horror during Pyrenees thunder storm had left her exhausted, pour thing.  Next Saturday we go to Madrid to collect her “sister”.  Enjoy the weekend, folks xxxx

I got the stuff to make them. I'm going to try my hand at baked beans tomorrow after soaking the navy beans overnight. I've got chicken to do something with too. Glad I've got 3 days instead of 2. I'm off to the Y to get some water walking in before our daily afternoon storms roll through. Ankle rehab... here I come!

I'm going to a physical trainer once a week.

Yesterday was my "Danny" day. The name of my trainer.

Danny is evil, and he should be punished for the crimes he has committed against my poor arms and shoulders.

I look forward to next week.

I feel I have to let you know that tim is on a break for an undetermined time.  A number of issues have led to this.  Right now, he is only signing on to check email. 

he is fine, but there are choices he has to make about what he wants to do.
