Good grief... I was on the phone with Floridas Motor Vehicle Department for 1 hour, 51 minutes, and 51 seconds. Of that...at least one hour was just on hold waiting for a human.

However, issue is now resolved and it didn't cost me anything other than 2 hours of my life I will never back.

Back home for the autumn season…. Ha ha it’s soooo hot and humid. This am a nice letter fining me €49 for ‘speeding’ on a motorway in France where limits were changing every couple of minutes.   Letter was in Spanish.  This European cooperation is getting too much!

Ever have one of those days where you're just in a funky mood? 

That's where I'm at, have been all day, and no signs of shaking it off. 

For those of you who may be feeling the impact of this Nor'easter, stay warm and dry. We've been breezy so far with a few random guys blowing through. Not much rain yet. I think that's coming tonight. 

I'm off to make some burgers for dinner. Have a good night.

Good afternoon DiCers. I hope your weather is a glorious as mine is. 

Stopped what I was doing put the election sign back on my newly cut lawn and to refill the paper towels in the kitchen, plus store away the extras in the linen closet. 

Decided I needed another coffee/hot chocolate, so I made it. 

Went back downstairs to my chair only to find an already made coffee/hot chocolate sitting on the side table. 🤦‍♀️

My short term memory does not exist…. 

And yes, I’ll be drinking both of them.  Here’s to hoping I don’t have trouble sleeping tonight.

@Myr's fixes seem to be helping somewhat, but yesterday site reactions were extremely slow! I hope that these bot attack can be kept under control, before any more site damage is done.

Most days I can overlook other people's stupidity. Today I just have to shake my head. 

Came home to a note from the evil sister-in-law saying the cat went to the vet today and the vet said to add metamucil to her wet food to help with the loose stools. 

Problems that I have with this:

1. Metamucil normally treats constipation but upon consulting Dr. Google, it can be used in felines to help absorb excess moisture in the digestive tract. 

2. The cat is always dehydrated when they take her to the vet. Why exacerbate that by giving it a digestive aid that absorbs water?

3. Nowhere on the little love note did it indicate how much it how often. Ummmm....wouldn't you ask the vet that question?

4. Who is going to be purchasing the stuff? Over my dead body will I spend more than we already do on a cat that's not ours. We buy dry food, litter, and litter box liners. That's enough. 

I will be dancing with glee at the end of the month when we move out. We are not telling anyone in his family where we are moving to. Once we have everything moved, we will then send a text saying... we're gone, somebody has to deal with the cat. I will be leaving all of the doors open and let them deal with her peeing and crapping wherever she wants (right now we confine her to one room when we are not home and at night). 

Side note:  She finally noticed that I had the tissue box blocking that stupid picture of her daughter with her rabbit and she moved the tissues. I will be moving it back. Game on, Karen. 😈
