Ernest & Julio Gallo Wineries produce some very good wines, red and white, all of which are very reasonably priced if you look them up you won't be disappointed

Hello, molly. It was cold today, so I cut my morning run short, just been working on things in the house, finishing up a paper that's due tonight, and cleaning cat shit up off the floor.

It's a region in Italy, so there are many brands, but so far I haven't found one I didn't like. And of course then there's Amarone della Valpolicella, which is also produced by many vineyards. The romans called Amarone black wine. It's made from semi-dried grapes and is very dark and strong and powerful and a bit sweet. Soooo good with steak, game, or a good cheese.
